Send In The Clowns...Maybe
By Friday afternoon I have trouble focusing on my work and sometimes goof off a little, so I thought it would be a good time to display some of the clowning around that goes on the thrift store shelves as well (sorry for the bad pun, couldn't help myself. I blame the clowns).
I know some people who are terrified of clowns, and others who have an affinity for them - as their sole purpose is to make us laugh . I am somewhere in the middle. While I don't think of all clowns as Pennywise, neither do I seek them out for decor in my home.
But some people did...and then they ended up on the thrift store shelves.
I wondered what was in this box and opened it to find this guy staring blankly back at me.
I'll admit I may have been a bit startled.
I don't think this poor clown has ever been out of his plastic tube.
But he has a nice umbrella and pocket watch.
I'm just going to call this guy Wonky-Eyed Joe.
Um, sir.
You may want to borrow the umbrella from the guy in the plastic tube. I don't think he needs it (being in his plastic tube and all) and yours is not going to help you much in the rain.
You don't often see a clown couple.
Their kids are probably super funny with really big feet and red noses.
At first I thought this clown looked a little creepy,
This clown is just awesome because he's riding a unicorn...and that's just awesome.
Luckily, I did not see this guy on the thrift store shelves...just in my nightmares.
Happy weekend! Hope you get some time too goof off!
The clown couple - I think the female clown look preggers. Oh wait - the male clown does too!?
